Comes with everything you see pictured. Projector and carousel reels seem to be in good condition. Projector worked when plugged into the wall see pictures, but I didn't have any slides to test with see if image came up. I tried looking for other accessories that might have come with it while at Goodwill, but was only able to find the extra carousel reels.
